ປັດໄຈທີ່ສົ່ງຜົນຕໍ່ຄວາມສໍາເລັດ ຂອງທຸລະກິດຂະໜາດນ້ອຍ ແລະ ກາງ (SMEs) ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ແລະ ແຂວງ ວຽງຈັນ

Abstract This research investigates the factors influencing the success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Vientiane Capital and Vientiane Province. The primary objectives are to analyze the critical success factors and to compare how different personal demographic profiles contribute to the business achievements of SMEs within these regions. The study utilized a quantitative research methodology, surveying a sample of 368 SMEs entrepreneurs across nine districts in Vientiane Capital and Vientiane Province. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires using a Rating Scale for measurement. Statistical analysis involved Regression Analysis to determine the coefficients and the statistical significance of independent variables affecting business success. Key Findings: Descriptive Analysis: The Rating Scale results indicated that all studied factors significantly impact SMEs success at a "High" level. Rank-ordered by their mean scores, the most influential factors were: Management Factors (X ̅ = 3.97) Operational Factors (X ̅= 3.91) Marketing Factors (X ̅= 3.76) Financial and Investment Factors (X ̅= 3.48) Inferential Analysis: The Regression Analysis revealed that only one independent variable Operational Factors (Op) significantly predicts the success of SMEs owners at a 95% confidence level. Hypothesis Testing: The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that none of the pre-defined hypotheses were supported. This suggests that SMEs success in Vientiane Capital and Vientiane Province is influenced by various other complex factors and conditions not accounted for in the current scope of this study.
