ບົດຄັດຫຍໍ້ ການຄົ້ນຄວ້າຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງຄູໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນ ປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ແບ່ງອອກເປັນ: 3 ໄລຍະຄື: ໄລຍະທີ 1 ສຶກສາຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງຄູໃນການ ພັດທະນາການສອນພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ກຸ່ມຕົວຢ່າງທີໃຊ້ ໄດ້ແກ່ຜູ້ບໍລິຫານ ແລະ ຄູສອນ ຈໍານວນ 71  ທ່ານ/ອົງ, ເຄື່ອງມືທີ່ໃຊ້ ເປັນແບບສອບຖາມ ມາດຕາສ່ວນປະມານຄ່າ  5 ລະດັບ ຈຳນວນ 40 ຂໍ້. ໄລຍະທີ 2 ສຶກສາແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງ ຄູພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ກຸ່ມເປົ້າໝາຍໄດ້ແກ່ ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການ ແລະ ວິຊາການ ຈຳນວນ 8 ອົງ/ທ່ານ, ເຄື່ອງມືທີໃຊ້ເປັນແບບສອບຖາມມາດຕາສ່ວນປະມານຄ່າ 5 ລະດັບ ຈຳນວນ 21 ຂໍ້. ໄລຍະທີ 3ສຶກສາຄວາມຄິດເຫັນຕໍ່ແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງຄູພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນ ມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ, ກຸ່ມຜູ້ຊົງຄຸນວຸດທິໃນການປະເມີນ ຄວາມເໝາະສົມ ແລະ ຄວາມເປັນໄປໄດ້ຂອງແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງຄູ ຈຳນວນ 15 ທ່ານ/ອົງ ເຄື່ອງມືທີ່ໃຊ້ເປັນແບບສອບຖາມປະເມີນຄວາມຄິດເຫັນຕໍ່ແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງຄູ ສະຖິຕິທີ່ໃຊ້ໃນການ ວິເຄາະຂໍ້ມູນໄດ້ແກ່ ຄ່າສະເລ່ຍ (µ) ແລະ ຄ່າຜັນປ່ຽນມາດຕະຖານ (σ). ຜົນຂອງການຄົ້ນຄວ້າພົບວ່າ: 1) ຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງຄູໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ໂດຍລວມຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ 2) ແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງຄູພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງ ຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ໂດຍລວມຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ 3) ຄວາມຄິດເຫັນຕໍ່ແນວທາງໃນການພັດທະນາການສອນຂອງຄູພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມສຶກສາສົງຕອນປາຍ ໃນນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ໃນ 2 ມາດຕະຖານຄື: ມາດຕະຖານຄວາມເໝາະສົມ ແລະ ມາດຕະຖານຄວາມເປັນໄປໄດ້ ໂດຍລວມຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ. ຄໍາສັບສໍາຄັນ: ຄວາມຕ້ອງການ, ການພັດທະນາການສອນ, ຈຸດປະສົງການຮຽນຮູ້, ວິທີການສອນ, ການໃຊ້ສື່ການສອນ, ການວັດ ແລະ ປະເມີນຜົນ THE NEEDS OF TEACHERS DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHING IN THE BUDDHIST HIGH SCHOOLS IN VIENTIANE CAPITAL  Bounlaiy SENGPASERT1 1Faculty of Education, National University of Laos Corresponding Author: Bounlaiy SENGPASERT 1Email: bounlaiyse85@gmail.com Abstract Researching the needs of teachers in the development of teaching within the buddhist high schools in Vientiane is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: Studying the needs of teachers in the development of teaching within buddhist high schools in Vientiane, the sample group used in this phase of research is 71 administrators and teachers. Phase 2: study the suggestions for the development of teachers in buddhist high schools in Vientiane, the target group is the director and 8 teachers, the instrument used is a questionnaire with 5 levels of 21items. Phase 3: study the opinions on the suggestions for the development of teachers' teaching within buddhist high schools in Vientiane, a group of qualified people to evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of the suggestions for the development of teachers' teaching in the amount of 15 Monks/Mr, The tool used as a questionnaire to evaluate opinions on the recommendations in the development of teachers' teaching, the statistics used to analyze the data are: the mean value (µ) and the standard deviation value (σ)           The research results are as follows: 1) The needs of teachers in the development of teaching in the buddhist high schools in Vientiane, including the needs in the development of teachers' teaching was at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects are at a very high level. 2) Recommendations for the development of teachers' teaching in the buddhist high schools in Vientiane, was at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects are at a very high level. 3) Opinions on the suggestions for the development of teachers' teaching within buddhist high schools in Vientiane in 2 standards: appropriateness standards and overall feasibility standards at many levels.
