Takhrij dan Analisis Hadith-Hadith Kitab Jual Beli daripada Kitab Bulughul Maram Karya al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani Takhrij and Analytical Study of the Hadiths on Commercial Transactions from Bulugh al-Maram by al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-‘Asqalani

Abstract This article aims to identify the source references of the hadiths in the Kitab al-Buyu‘ (Book of Sales) from Bulugh al-Maram min Adillat al-Ahkam by al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar (d. 852 AH), as well as to determine their authenticity. These hadiths are analysed in terms of the author’s methodological approach and their thematic coherence and suitability within the chapters on commercial transactions. To ascertain the sources and authenticity of the hadiths, the study employs a thematic takhrij method. Meanwhile, the tahlili approach is used to analyse the hadiths in relation to the thematic structure that has been developed. The findings indicate that 70% of the hadiths examined are sahih and are traced to authoritative and recognised hadith collections. Furthermore, 95% of the selected hadiths are found to be relevant and appropriate to the chapters on commercial transactions.
