Kajian Geometri Jalan terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Alat Angkut Overbarden pada Penambangan Batubara PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Site AMI, Desa Muara Tuhup, Kecamatan Laung Tuhup, Kabupaten Murung Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah

Abstract. PT Putra Perkasa Abadi is a company engaged in mining services located in Muara Tuhup Village, Laung Tuhup District, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.. Based on the actual geometry in the field, there is a transportation road geometry that is not up to standard, resulting in the failure to achieve the production target for overburden transportation of 207,064.70 tons/month. The research aims to analyze the calculation of the transportation road geometry from the Danum Pit to the Disposal South, including the width of straight roads and curves, cross slope, road grade, superelevation, and curvature radius based on the Ministerial Decree 1827/K/30/MEM/2018 and AASHTO. The research findings indicate a discrepancy in the road geometry, with 3 road segments having a grade exceeding 8%, while 5 out of 8 straight road segments and 5 out of 7 curve segments have widths below standard.  Cross slope and superelevation are also below standard, with 4 segments of cross slope greater than 4% and 3 curves having superelevation of less than 4%. As a result, the actual transportation production is only 134,772.38 Tons/Month against a target of 207,064.70 tons/month. After simulating road geometry improvements, transportation production increased to 217,454.17 Tons/Month. Abstrak. PT Putra Perkasa Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penambangan yang terletak di Desa Muara Tuhup, Kecamatan Laung Tuhup, Kabupaten Murung Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Berdasarkan geometri aktual di lapangan terdapat geometri jalan angkut yang belum standar, sehingga menyebabkan target produksi pengangkutan overburden  207.064,70 Ton/Bulan tidak tercapai. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu analisis perhitungan geometri jalan angkut dari Pit Danum menuju Disposal South meliputi lebar jalan lurus dan tikungan, crossslope, grade jalan, superelevasi dan jari-jari tikungan berdasarkan Kepmen 1827/K/30/MEM/2018 dan AASHTO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan ketidaksesuaian geometri jalan, Terdapat 3 segmen jalan memiliki grade lebih 8%, sementara 5 dari 8 segmen jalan lurus dan 5 dari 7 segmen tikungan memiliki lebar dibawah standar. Cross slope dan superelevasi juga dibawah standar, dengan 4 segmen cross slope >4% dan 3 tikungan memiliki superelevasi <4%. Sehingga produksi pengangkutan aktual hanya 134.772,38 Ton/Bulan dari target 207.064,70 ton/bulan. Setelah dilakukanya simulasi perbaikan geometri jalan produksi pengangkutan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 217.454,17 Ton/Bulan.
