Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Dermaga Umum Berdasarkan Standar Kinerja Operasional di Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi

This study aims to analyze the level of dock service performance at Tanjung Wangi Port based on the main operational indicators, namely ship waiting time, pilotage service time, and the ratio between effective time and mooring time. The next objective is to analyze the effect of the number of ship visits on port service performance, especially in terms of service efficiency and use of dock facilities, and to project the value of the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) of the Tanjung Wangi Port dock until 2028 to determine the potential for dock congestion in the future and identify the need for infrastructure improvements. The calculation results show that the average ship waiting time is 0.55 hours and the pilotage service time is 0.41 hours, both of which are still within the performance standard limits. The ratio of effective time to mooring time was recorded at 53.11%, which also meets the performance standards recommended by KSOP and Pelindo. In addition, the projection of ship visits shows a significant increase until 2028, which also drives the increase in the BOR value. Based on the projection, the BOR at the dry bulk dock has the potential to approach or exceed the ideal limit of 50% in 2028 if it is not accompanied by an increase in dock capacity and operational efficiency. Thus, even though the current performance of dock services is considered quite good, there needs to be anticipatory steps in the form of infrastructure planning and management optimization to maintain the smooth running of port services in the future.
