View through Europeana Collections
This pattern is called Parang rusak putra or princes parang rusak. In terms of size of the parang, machete, this pattern is between the parang rusak klitik (847-82) and the parang rusak barong patterns (847-77). Parang rusak klitik means small parang rusak and parang rusak barong means werewolfs parang. The parang points of this pattern are of reasonable size, but do not emerge from looped figures. The parang-dots are brown and blue in color on a white background. The border pattern is Upan-upan, like grains of rice. In addition to the Upan-upan pattern, another pattern is depicted, which is a pattern of brown leaves.
