Girl's shift dress, dusky pink nylon fabric a-line style, sleeveless with a high neck and one decorative pocket on the front, size 22 months, probably made in England, 1970s. A-line dress made of a synthetic dusky pink coloured fabric. The fabric has a sparkly quality and it is stretchable. It is sleeveless and has a high round neckline. It fastens at the back with a metal zip which finishes in the middle of the back. The dress is constructed in three main pieces, one front panel and two to form the back, dissected by the zip. The front of the dress has an applied decorative flat pocket, circular in shape, with a scooped opening at the top. The dress has a size label inside at the neckline, '22' that suggests the dress is for a girl of just under 2 years old. The dress seems cheaply made and the finish and the seams are basically executed. Machine stitched, 100% acrylic material.
