ГЕНОДЕРМАТОЗДАР: ЖІКТЕЛУІ ЖӘНЕ ОЛАРДЫҢ ЕРЕКШЕЛІКТЕРІ

Генодерматозы - это наследственные заболевания, которые проявляются на коже. Некоторые из этих заболеваний встречаются редко. Однако, распознавание кожных проявлений генодерматозов важно не только для начала соответствующей терапии, но и для обнаружения других сопутствующих аномалий, включая злокачественные новообразования. Генодерматозы представляют собой большую группу заболеваний, включающую несколько сотен форм. Кожные поражения могут быть единственным проявлением заболевания, но чаще они сочетаются с нарушениями других систем органов. Генодерматозы связаны с повышенным риском развития злокачественных новообразований, поэтому раннее выявление наследственной патологии является важным для профилактики онкологических заболеваний. Цель данного обзора - анализ генодерматозов, их дерматологических проявлений и генетической природы. Для этого был проведен обзор актуальной литературы, научных публикаций и медицинских баз данных за последние 5 лет. В результате обзора были выделены несколько нозологических групп генодерматозов, включающих различные заболевания с соответствующими клиническими признаками. Разнообразие клинических проявлений этих наследственных заболеваний означает, что важно уделять внимание не только общим принципам лечения, но также и различиям в клинической картине и подходящем лечении для конкретных подгрупп генодерматозов. Genodermatoses are inherited diseases that show up on the skin. Some of these diseases are rare. However, recognising the cutaneous manifestations of genodermatoses is important not only to initiate appropriate therapy but also to detect other associated abnormalities, including malignancies. The genodermatoses are a large group of diseases comprising several hundred forms. Cutaneous lesions may be the only manifestation of the disease, but more often they are combined with disorders of other organ systems. Genodermatoses are associated with an increased risk of malignant neoplasms, so early detection of hereditary pathology is important for cancer prevention. The aim of this review is to analyse genodermatoses, their dermatological manifestations and genetic nature. For this purpose, a review of current literature, scientific publications and medical databases for the last 5 years was performed. As a result of the review, several nosological groups of genodermatoses were identified, including various diseases with corresponding clinical features. The diversity of clinical manifestations of these inherited diseases means that it is important to pay attention not only to the general principles of treatment, but also to the differences in clinical presentation and appropriate treatment for specific subgroups of genodermatoses.
