[Indonesia]Dalam mendukung SDM yang berkualitas dan terus berkembang dan berevolusi, pemerintah menyelenggarakan program Kampus Merdeka, MSIB sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan skill mahasiswa untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. MSIB diharapkan efektif meningkatkan keterampilan profesional mahasiswa di tempat kerja. Salah satu yang mendukung kesiapan mahasiswa dalam bekerja adalah grit. Aspek dalam grit saling berkorelasi untuk mencapai kesuksesan di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk melihat grit pada mahasiswa magang MSIB Batch 6 Kampus Merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei yang melibatkan 112 partisipan mahasiswa yang sedang magang pada MSIB Batch 6. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Grit Scale (Duckworth et al, 2007). Reliabilitas pada penelitian ini α = 0.847. Pengujian validitas menunjukkan 0.220 “ 0.821 > 0.195, P = 0.00 < 0.05 serta Pearson Correlation bernilai positif sehingga penelitian ini valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji normalitas dilakukan dengan metode one sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (P = 0.000 < 0.05) sehingga data pada penelitian dikatakan tidak berdistribusi normal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan grit antara perempuan dan laki-laki menggunakan metode Mann-Whitney U (0.001 < 0.05), tidak ada perbedaan berdasarkan perguruan tinggi (0.849 > 0.05), tidak ada perbedaan berdasarkan fakultas (0.134 > 0.05) , dan ada perbedaan grit berdasarkan perusahaan (0.000 < 0.05).Kata Kunci: Grit, Mahasiswa, Program Magang[English]Increasing the quality of human resources that always continues to develop and evolved, the government organizes the Merdeka Campus program, MSIB as a programs to improve skills for students to face the world of work. There are aspects of grit that correlate with each other to achieve success. Therefore, this study aims to look at grit in internship students in the MSIB Batch 6 program at Merdeka Campus. This research was conducted with a quantitative method using a survey involving 112 student participants who were interning in the MSIB Batch 6 program. This study used the Grit Scale (Duckworth et al, 2007). Reliability in this study was α = 0.847. Then for validity testing shows 0.220 - 0.821 > 0.195, P = 0.00 < 0.05 and Pearson Correlation is positive so this study is valid. The results of this study indicate that the normality test was carried out using the one sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test method (P = 0.000 <0.05) so that the data in the study were said to be not normally distributed. This study shows that there are dif erences in grit between women and men using the Mann-Whitney U method (P = 0.000 <0.05) so that the data in the study are said to be not normally distributed.
