हरिहर खनालको आकाश छुने डाँडोमुनि कथासङ्ग्रहमा द्वन्द्व {Dichotomy in Harihar Khanal’s Beneath the Sky Touching Mountain}

प्रस्तुत लेख हरिहर खनालको आकाश छुने डाँडोमुनि कथासङ्ग्रहका कथामा द्वन्द्वको अध्ययन विश्लेषणमा केन्द्रित रहेको छ । वस्तुगत संसारमा रहेको आपसी अन्तर्विरोधको यथार्थ अवस्थालाई साहित्यमा कलात्मक ढङ्गले रूपान्तरण गरेर प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यलाई द्वन्द्व भनिन्छ । प्रस्तुत लेखमा उल्लिखित कथासङ्ग्रहभित्रका कथालाई आर्थिक, सामाजिक र राजनीतिक विभेदका कारण सिर्जित हुन पुगेका द्वन्द्वका आधारमा विश्लेषण गरिएको छ । यस सङ्ग्रहका कथामा शासकले शासितमाथि गरेका अन्याय, अत्याचार तथा विभेदले द्वन्द्व निम्त्याएका हुँदा राजनीतिक द्वन्द्वको सर्जना भएको छ । समाजमा हुने द्वन्द्वका अनेक कारणहरूमध्ये सम्पत्तिमा व्यक्तिको स्वामित्व र वर्गभेदका कारण मानिसमा शोषक र शोषितको अवस्था सिर्जना हुन्छ र त्यसैका विरुद्ध हुने विद्रोहले द्वन्द्वको परिस्थितिलाई निम्त्याउँछ । यसरी उच्च वर्ग र निम्न वर्गबिच उत्पन्न हुने द्वन्द्वलाई आर्थिक द्वन्द्वअन्तर्गत राखिएको छ  । यसै गरी समाजमा वर्ग, लिङ्ग, जात, धर्म, संस्कृति जस्ता विभेदका कारण एउटा समूहका मानिसको अर्को समूहका मानिसबिच हुने द्वन्द्वलाई  सामाजिक द्वन्द्व भनिन्छ । खनालका प्रस्तुत सङ्ग्रहभित्रका कथालाई द्वन्द्वका आधारमा अध्ययन गर्दा उनका आठ वटै कथा सशक्त रहेको पाइएको छ । पुलिस, वनपाले, स्थानीय नेताले सर्वसाधारण जनता, गरिब तथा महिलाहरूलाई समेत विभिन्न किसिमका शोषण, अन्याय तथा अत्याचार गरेका हुँदा द्वन्द्व सिर्जना भएकाले यी कथाहरूमा उल्लिखित सबै किसिमका द्वन्द्व सशक्त रूपले आएका छन् । गुणात्मक पद्धतिमा आधारित भएर गरिएको यस अध्ययनबाट खनालको कथासङ्ग्रहका कथाहरूमा राजनीतिक, आर्थिक र सामाजिक द्वन्द्वहरूको कलात्मक ढङ्गले उपयोग गरिएको निष्कर्ष प्राप्त भएको छ । {The present paper aims to study the dichotomy in Harihar Khanal’s Beneath the Sky Touching Mountain, a collection of short stories. Conflict has been considered an inner tussle of the realities in the world which are presented aesthetically in the work of art. The dichotomy in the narratives has been analyzed as a result of economic, social and political inequalities. For instance, due to injustice, domination and discrimination inflicted upon the people by the rulers have caused the political dichotomy. One of the reasons of conflict is the possession of property and class inequalities that makes people as exploiters and exploited in the socity, creating a rebellion for the conflicting conditions. Thus, the conflict between the upper and lower classes falls under the category of an economic conflict. Similarly, when there is a conflict among people in terms of the discrimination of class, sex, caste, religion and culture, this conflict is called as a social conflict. When Khanal’s eight narratives are considered from the perspective of conflict, they are found to be very effective. For instance, the exploitation, injustice and domination of police, forest warden, and local leaders upon the ordinary people, poor and women have created all kinds of conflicts, which are depicted effectively in the narratives. Using the qualitative design in the study, the paper concludes that political, economic and social dichotomies have been artistically depicted in the narratives of the collection.}
