This article studied the effect of the date and rate of sowing on the growth and development of varieties Tashkent-122 and Kara Shakhzoda, as well as the number of pods formed on the stem layers and the productivity of varieties on alluvial soils. In the experiment, the optimal option is a sowing rate of 5 kg and a sowing date of June 5. The highest yield was collected up to 17-20 c/ha of sesame seeds per hectare.
