ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔԻ ՍԿԶԲՈՒՆՔՆԵՐ. ՀԱՍԿԱՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ, ՀԱՄԱԿԱՐԳԸ ԵՎ ԳՈՐԾԱՌՈՒՅԹՆԵՐԸ

This scientific article aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of legal principles, their systemic nature, and functional significance within the structure of law. The principle of law is examined not only as a normative guiding idea but also as an axiological expression of legal culture. The article presents legal principles as autonomous legal phenomena that constitute the foundation of the normative structure and contribute to legal certainty, predictability, and the systematization of legal policy. The co-authors highlight the regulatory and protective functions of legal principles, analyzing their role both in the processes of law-making and law enforcement, as well as within the domains of public and private law. A comparative analysis is also provided to identify the universal nature of legal principles and their role in the context of national legal regulation.
