In the article, the author presents the modern educational technologies, the importance of introduction of innovative educational technologies in the teaching process of the “Basics of Law” subject, the main methods of application of modern technologies, forms of course organization. It was also made reference to the innovative technologies, used by the author in the organization of teaching process of "Basics of Law" subject” in Crisis Management State Academy.
