Long party dress with overlapping ruffles in black and white. It is complemented with a wide and draped black belt. \It is a striking and voluminous Elio Berhanyer dress, which presents a crystalline appearance with games of chiaroscuro, transparency and even sound (the glasé when moving produces a certain musicality). \Elio Berhanyer was self-taught and founded his haute couture house in 1960, dressing such important personalities as Queen Sofia and the actress Ava Gardner. Although a lover of architectural volumes, in his evening gowns he finds inspiration in 17th century painting. This pret-à-porter dress corresponds to the years after the opening of his shop in Barcelona, around 1970.
