THE CONCEPT OF NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE POETRY OF OLZHAS SULEIMENOV

View through CrossRef
Annotation. The article focuses on the creative biography and poetic works of the great poet Olzhas Suleimenov. He is one of the few poets who brought Kazakh poetry to the world arena in the context of national consciousness. The article also examines the concept of national consciousness, which is reflected in the poetry of Olzhas Suleimenov. The thematic breadth, formal features and ideological depth in the content of the poet's poems are revealed. From an emotional, intuitive-theoretical point of view, the author approaches thematic and figurative poems, which are written in national colors. Also, a scientific analysis of the relevance of this concept in the context and translation of the poet's poems was carried out. The collections and interviews of O. Suleimenov published in different years were studied. The article examines the works of Kazakh and world scientists who have studied the poet's work, and provides an overview of the results of their research. The author connects the secret of vitality and strength of O. Suleimenov's poems with national values. He emphasizes that strong poetry, like "argamak", is born in those people who are deeply "saturated" with national values. The author of the article, from her point of view, divides the poet's poems into two groups, based precisely on the concept of national consciousness, and proves the validity of this classification in the conclusion.
