Cup with barrel of feldspar porcelain. High egg-shaped cup, profiled barrel, swung neck turned back, high helical pendant, white glazed with gilded brass, neck and base, and polychrome decor of flower pots in oval fields. Barrels on profiled feet, white-glazed with stretchers in gold and burgundy.
“Cup in an unripe form in white and gold with flower ornaments with barrels. French or Russian porcelain. It has belonged to Colonel Georg af Schmidt. Since his daughter Mrs Marie-Aurora Engelhardt. Since her daughter Mrs A Wanberg.” (KJ added this information from the notebook “Origin of the Genealogues” written by Dagmar Engelhardt-Wanberg, No 61 in the book.
