SPIRIT MUZAKKI SEBAGAI KONFIGURASI FILANTROPI ISLAM DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL (BAZNAS) KOTA GORONTALO

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the COVID-19 pandemic will affect the amount of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah collections as a configuration of Islamic philanthropy or even with the covid-19 pandemic increasing public awareness to donate in the form of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah, given the current situation. in the midst of the covid-19 outbreak which is a test for a people to always get closer to Allah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the spirit of muzakki in zakat, infaq, and shadaqah as a configuration of Islamic philanthropy. Primary data were taken by direct interviews and secondary data were taken from various literatures relevant to the discussion raised. The results of the analysis show that the Covid-19 pandemic has actually increased public awareness to donate in the form of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah considering the situation in the midst of the covid-19 outbreak which is a test for a people to always get closer to Allah. Keywords: Muzakki,Islamic Philanthropy,Covid-19 Pandemic Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah  adanya pandemi covid-19 akan mempengaruhi jumlah pengumpulan zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah sebagai konfigurasi filantropi Islam atau justru dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 menambah kesadaran masyarakat untuk berderma dalam wujud zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah, mengingat situasi ditengah wabah covid-19 yang merupakan sebuah ujian bagi suatu kaum agar selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yakni menganalisis spirit muzakki dalam zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah sebagai konfigurasi filantropi Islam. Data primer diambil wawancara langsung dan data sekunder diambil dari berbagai  literatur yang relevan dengan bahasan yang diangkat. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 ini justru menambah kesadaran masyarakat untuk berderma dalam wujud zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah mengingat situasi ditengah wabah covid-19 yang merupakan sebuah ujian bagi suatu kaum agar selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah.
