Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Tersertifikasi Dalam Pendekatan Kompetensi Pedagogik

Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the performance of certified teachers in the pedagogical competency approach. The sample for this research was 40 certified junior high school teachers in Central Maluku Regency. The research that will be carried out uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive research types. The research design is cross sectional survey design. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire sheet, to evaluate the performance of certified teachers regarding pedagogical competence. Data analysis in this research was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis to describe the data as it is in the form of percentages and explain the data or events with qualitative explanatory sentences. The data analysis techniques used include: quantitative descriptive analysis, namely the results of a certified junior high school teacher questionnaire regarding pedagogical competence. The results of the questionnaire are that Certified Middle School Teachers at Public Middle Schools A, B, C, and D, Central Maluku with a total of 40 certified teachers have implemented pedagogical competence well during the learning process, seen in the percentage results of each indicator, including indicators (1) understanding the characteristics students got a percentage of 90.75%, (2) Mastering Learning Theory got a percentage of 93.62%, (3) Able to develop a curriculum got a percentage of 92.62%, (4) Able to communicate with students got a percentage of 96 %, and (5) Able to carry out evaluations, obtaining a percentage of 95%, so that the overall percentage obtained in pedagogic competence is 93.62%. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru tersertifikasi dalam pendekatan kompetensi pedagogik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 guru SMP tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Provinsi Maluku, Indonesia. Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskritif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Desain penelitian cross sectional survey design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar Angket, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru tersertifikasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mendeskripsikan data apa adanya dalam bentuk persentase dan menjelaskan data atau kejadian dengan kalimat-kalimat penjelasan secara kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: analisis deskriptif kuatitatif yaitu hasil angket guru SMP tersertifikasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Hasil angket yaitu guru SMP tersertifikasi pada SMP Negeri A, B, C, dan D Maluku Tengah dengan jumlah total 40 guru tersertifikasi sudah menerapkan kompetensi pedagogic dengan baik saat proses pembelajaran dilihat pada hasil presentase setiap indicator antara lain pada indicator (1) memahami karakteristik peserta didik memperoleh presentase sebesar 90,75%, (2) Menguasai Teori Belajar memperoleh presentase sebesar 93,62%, (3) Mampu mengembangkan kurikulum memperoleh presentase sebesar 92,62%, (4) Mampu berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik memperoleh presentase sebesar 96%, dan (5) Mampu melakukan evaluasi memperoleh presentase sebesar 95%, sehingga secara keseluruhan presentase yang diperoleh pada kompetensi pedagogic yaitu sebesar 93,62%.
