MANAGEMENT OF "CAROUSEL" MILKING INSTALLATION BASED ON PROBABILISTIC-AND-STATISTICAL EVALUATION AND RECYCLING OF TIGHT MILKING ANIMALS’ PERFORMANCE

Recently there in a number of country’s regions, large livestock dairy complexes for 1200-3000 and more cows, on which "Carousel" milking installations are as singleflow conveyor with animals’ sequential input and output have been built. The milking installation’s performance by the individual animals milking high duration (14-16 minutes) is influenced. For performance’s losses compensate, developers suggest milking installations’ equipment with a large number of milking places on the platform, while increasing not only performance, but also the installation’s capital intensity and the milking parlor’s required area using. It is more rational to develop methods for the rotation’s speed of the milking platform with the choice of the platform’s one turn optimal duration controlling and the tightmilking animals’ possible redirecting for milking to the second round. According to the data obtained during the operation of the SAC (36 milking sites) of milking installation conveyor, by the platform turn duration varying and in the same time tightmilking animals’ part (from 1 to 5 cows) to the second round sending, it is possible not only the performance’s preservation to achieve, but also its significant (up to 21%) in compared with the basic version increasing. At the same time, it is necessary to know the statistical characteristics of milking cows’ duration distribution in groups based on identification systems’ frequency and milk flow meters’ratio reading.
