Kennzahlen sind in vielen Unternehmensbereichen ein erprobtes Controllinginstrument zur Planung und Steuerung. Im Personalwesen ist ihr Einsatz noch relativ wenig verbreitet. Eine wesentliche Ursache dafür ist darin zu sehen, dass der Erfolg im Personalwesen primär in qualitativen Größen zum Ausdruck kommt. Dr. Christof Schulte stellt ein von ihm entwickeltes Personal-Kennzahlen-System vor. Die darin enthaltenen Kennzahlen decken alle Aufgabenbereiche des Personalwesens ab. Schulte skizziert in seinem Beitrag die wichtigsten Kennzahlen und gibt Beispiele für ihre Interpretation.
