Video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat Command Center Dan Reserse Riminal Di Polda DIY Dengan Judul “Peningkatan Pelayanan Masyarakat Melalui Optimalisasi Command Center”

INTISARIModernisasi sistem di tubuh Polri merupakan suatu keniscayaan guna membantu pelaksanaan tugas - tugas polri yang semakin kompleks. Saat ini pembangunan Command Center di Indonesia sudah menjangkau 26 Polda dan ditunjang dengan Monitoring Center ditingkat Polres sebanyak 249 unit.Pada pelaksanaannya Command Center perlu pembenahan agar lebih optimal dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Polda DIY telah membuat gagasan inovasi proyek perubahan dengan judul “Peningkatan Pelayanan Masyarakat Melalui Optomalisasi Command Center”. Salah satu aspek penting untuk mewujudkan optimalisasi Command Center adalah dengan masyarakat yang mengetahui akan fungsi Command Center itu sendiri. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis diminta untuk membuatkan sebuah video iklan layanan masyarakat yang nantinya akan menjadi salah satu media informasi bagi khalayak umum. Dengan menggabungkan teknik liveshot dan motion graphic, diharapkan video mempunyai informasi yang mudah ditangkap dan tepat sasaran. Dalam pembuatan video motion graphic, software yang digunakan adalah Adobe After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere dan Adobe Lightroom.Kata kunci— Liveshoot, Motion graphic, Iklan Layanan Masyarakat.. ABSTRACTModernization of the system within the Police is a necessity to assist the implementation of the increasingly complex tasks of the Police. Currently, the construction of the Command Center in Indonesia has reached 26 Polda and is supported by a Monitoring Center at the Polres level as many as 249 units.In its implementation, the Command Center needs to be improved so that it is more optimal in realizing services to the community. One important aspect to realize the optimization of the Command Center is that there are people who know the function of the Command Center itself.To overcome this problem, the author was asked to make a video of public service advertisements which later became one of the information media for the wider community. By combining live shot and motion graphics techniques, it is hoped that the video will have information that is easy to capture and on target.
