Penafsiran Imad Zaki al-Barudi tentang Berjilbab bagi Perempuan dalam Islam (Analisa terhadap Ayat-ayat tentang Berjilbab dalam Tafsir Al-Qur’an Wanita Karya Imad Zaki Al-Barudi)

The phenomenon of the use of the hijab today has experienced a shift in meaning, the hijab is no longer a cover for the genitals because it has become a separate trend or fashion for Muslim women today so that many do not comply with the rules of Islamic law as it should be. The study aims to discuss her interpretation of the modern hijab in the interpretation of the woman's Qur 'an. In her commentary he said that the command to wear the veil does not specifically apply to the wife of the prophet, but to all Muslim women after them, because they also have the same reason in terms of the legal reasons. Hijab is a covering cloth that is used to cover the aurat of Muslim women in the head, especially hair, because hair is a crown that must be guarded for Muslim women so as not to invite lust for men out there who can’t keep their eyes on them. The method used in this study is the maudhu’i method, which is studying the description of the Qur’an on an issue in order to address the intentions contained or hidden in the Qur’an, in order to obtain clear and comprehensive result. The result of this study indicate that the interpretation of the verses about the hijab according to Imad Zaki al-Barudi there are several factors behind the hijab trend, including social, culture, popularity, fashion development of the times and technology so that new things emerge that can change the nature of the hijab that is not in accordance with Islamic law. Then Imad Zaki also mentioned several rules for wearing the hijab in accordance with Islamic law ehich have been described in this study. The conclusion of this study shows that the commands in the hijab verse are addressed to women who feel uncomfortable with male interference when they have to show their beauty and body suitability so that they can move men's hearts. In fact they feel very uncomfortable and feel very disturbed.
