De l’Autre côté du mur

Soumission à Epi-revel Nous nous intéressons ici au mur dans une perspective strictement psychanalytique en considérant de manière conjointe sa valeur structurale de limite pour l’être parlant et son incarnation concrète dans la matérialité des murs de la vie quotidienne. Nous caractérisons plus spécifiquement le mur qui se dresse entre le sujet et l’Autre à l’appui tout d’abord d’un énoncé clinique puis de la nouvelle Le passe-muraille de Marcel Aymé. En référence au propos de Jacques Lacan, nous proposons alors de rendre compte de la structure toute particulière de ce mur subjectif en la rapportant à l’unilatéralité de la bouteille de Klein. We are focusing here on the wall from a strictly psychoanalytical perspective, considering both its structural significance as a boundary for the speaking being and its concrete embodiment in the materiality of everyday life’s walls. More specifically, we characterize the wall that stands between the subject and the Other, using first a clinical statement and then Marcel Aymé's short story Le passe-muraille. In reference to Jacques Lacan's ideas, we then propose to account for the very particular structure of this subjective wall by relating it to the unilaterality of the Klein bottle.
