A Resposta de Joseph Raz ao Ferrão Semântico | The answer of Joseph Raz to the Semantic Sting

Este artigo examina a resposta de Joseph Raz ao argumento de Ronald Dworkin conhecido como “ferrão semântico”. Para isso, a crítica dworkiniana ao positivismo será exposta, de modo a se contextualizar o ferrão semântico como um desenvolvimento de sua objeção inicial apresentada no célebre Modelo de Regras (seção 2).  Em seguida, apresento a resposta de Raz e a analiso criticamente (seção 3). Minha conclusão é de que ela é uma reação insatisfatória ao argumento de Dworkin. Finalmente, considero alternativas diversas sobre o caminho de diferentes estratégias desenvolvidas para refutar o argumento dworkiniano (seção 4).
