The aim of this research is to determine the distribution of hereditary inheritance assets in Adi Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency and to analyze the distribution of hereditary inheritance assets from an Islamic Inheritance Law perspective in Adi Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. This type of research uses field research which is carried out in Adi Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency, with a qualitative descriptive research approach. The results of the research show, firstly, based on research conducted, residents of Kampung Adi Jaya, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency still do not understand who the successor heirs are.
