Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Event terhadap Partisipasi dalam Pengembangan Geopark

Abstrak. Event “UNESCO Global Geoparks Youth Marine Camp 2023” adalah kegiatan sebagai tempat bagi pemuda dalam pengembangan geopark. Namun, data menunjukkan penurunan partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan sosial sehingga menekankan pentingnya kualitas pelayanan event untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pada event. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka identifikasi masalah, yaitu: Seberapa besar pengaruh reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible pada event UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp 2023 terhadap partisipasi dalam pengembangan geopark?. Peneliti menerapkan metode teknik analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yaitu peserta event UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp 2023, yang berjumlah 87 orang. Dengan metode pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling, mendapat 47 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan angket/kuesioner serta studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible pada event UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp 2023 terhadap partisipasi dalam pengembangan geopark. Abstract. The "UNESCO Global Geoparks Youth Marine Camp 2023" event is an activity as a place for youth to develop geoparks. However, the data shows a decline in youth participation in social activities, thus emphasizing the importance of event service quality to increase participation in events. Based on this phenomenon, identify the problem, namely: How big is the influence of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles at the 2023 UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp event on participation in geopark development? Researchers apply correlational analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population is the participants of the UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp 2023 event, totaling 87 people. Using the Simple Random Sampling sampling method, 47 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Data was collected through the use of questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles at the 2023 UNESCO Global Geopark Youth Marine Camp event on participation in geopark development.
