On propose un examen de la structure dialectique des consilia sapientis pro veritate du droit commun, de leur évolution et de leurs « trois » différents styles entre Moyen Âge et Âge Moderne, en se concentrant en particulier sur l’œuvre et la pensée de Carlo Ruini (1456-1530), mais surtout de Andrea Alciato (1492-1550), qui se révèle très riche de nouveautés très intéressantes.
