Half-length jacket with Shawl collar and double rows of buttons; buttonhole flap to join in back. Short puffed sleeve with long cuff. Petticoat, bib and hat trimmings harmonize with the lining of the skirt. \n2. Princess dress with slit sleeves. Waist trimming and tight sleeves of colored silk, overlaid with black lace and bordered with passementerie braids. Round hat with fabric head and feather tufts. \n3. Princess dress with bib yoke. Silk damask yarned with pleated crepe and feather trim. Tight sleeves puffed at cuff height. Long, gold lorgnon necklace. Capote hat; fur collar.\n5. Girl's Suit. Loose hanging cloth with lace tippet tucked in. Lace cuffs. Kate Greenaway hat.\n6 u. 9. Promenade suit. Blouse with back closure, pleated at top, gathered into a peplum at waist closure. Metal trim for skirt hem, stand-up collar, and bodice trim rising to a point at back. Short puff sleeves; the long cuff tied with bows. Parasol with colored crepe lining. \n7. Girl's Suit. Long coat with round tippet. Narrow stand-off empire ruffles of silk fabric around tippet, puffed sleeves and soft fabric hat. \n8 u. 10. promenade suit. Mantelet with loose open front parts and "Watteau" pleat; leather belt guided by incisions causes connection of the wrinkled back. Short open oversleeves.
