Pengaruh Kemampuan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Subang

The work ability of employees in an organization has a very important role in influencing employee performance. The results of the assessment conducted by the author at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency were problems, namely the performance of employees was still low. The strengthening of the problems above the authors suspect that it is related to the work ability of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency which has not been evenly distributed. The purpose of this research is to find out the magnitude of the influence of the ability on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency. The research method used in this study is explanatory survey. Based on the results of the writing and the simultaneous discussion, it was revealed that the empirical employee work ability variable had a major influence on the performance of the Ministry of Religion staff in Subang Regency by 86.9%. Conclusion that the contribution of the variable work ability of the Ministry of Religion Office of Subang Regency to the performance of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency (Y) was 86.9% while the remaining 13.1% was influenced by other factors outside of X
