Theological Topics In The Book Of "Mu'een Al Mufti Ala Jawab Al Mustafti" By Imam Shams Al-Din Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Ahmed Bin Muhammad Al-Khatib Al-Tamartashi Al-Ghazzi Al-Hanafi (1004 AH)

This book is one of the important books in the jurisprudence of Imam Abu Hanifa because of his classified position among the late jurists of jurisprudence, and for what he deposited in it of theological and jurisprudential issues. My research depended on discussing the Theological issues mentioned by Imam Shams al-Din on the Sunni school of thought, as I discussed the opinions mentioned by the author quickly from the words of "Mu'tazilah" and others, and I returned the sayings and their origins and then suggested what the Sunnis doctrine of "Ash'ariyyah" and "Maturid" Or the other opinion if it is more correct. I divided the research according to what are divided by scholastic which are the divinities, prophecies and audios and I used to mention most of the scholastic' opinions from various theological divisions and I explained the correct ones from the weak.
