ORGANIZATION OF LOGISTICS SERVICE AT MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES

The modern approaches to the interpretation of "logistics service", which is considered a set of functions and types of activities; a set of services; labor products; components of customer service; the process of creating goods are analyzed in the article. The various services to consumers, which are provided in the process of selling finished products of the machine-building enterprise are described in the work. This study is devoted to the problems of logistics service, considering the peculiarities of the machine-building industry. The types of logistics service for consumers (logistics service for the movement of material flows; information logistics service; financial logistics service; personnel logistics service) related to the technology and organizational structure of service, quality indicators, determination of the optimal level of service are distinguished by authors. Eight stages of the logistics service system of a machine-building enterprise (from market segmentation, analysis of logistics services of competitors, ranking of services, their structure and priorities to the assessment of the level of logistics service and constant control over the quality of the provided logistics services) are focused at the article and indicators of assessment of the level of logistics service (availability, functionality, reliability) are outlined.
