Pengukuran Kinerja Supply Chain Management UKM Mina Indo Sejahtera dengan Model SCOR dan Perbandingan Berpasangan

Intisari— UKM Mina Indo Sejahtera merupakan UKM yang menjual produk frozen food yang praktis dan menyehatkan karena pengolahan produk dilakukan tanpa menggunakan penyedap rasa, tanpa pengawet, tanpa pewarna buatan, dan tanpa antibiotik. Guna menakar kinerja terhadap manajemen rantai pasok, salah satu strategi perusahaan yang diterapkan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja Supply Chain Management (SCM) supaya mampu bekerja lebih optimal, sehingga menciptakan kualitas produk yang baik dengan memanfaatkan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) yang dibantu dengan Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan guna menetapkan bobot di tiap metrik (Irfan, 2008). Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui yang mana indikator kinerja perusahaan yang tergolong rendah, dengan cara ini dapat diberikan saran perbaikan, serta metrik apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja pada perusahaan. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) merupakan model referensi pada operasi rantai pasok dengan 5 atribut yang digunakan yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, dan return (Pujawan, 2005). Sedangkan Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan berguna menentukan bobot pada tiap metrik, jadi dalam penelitian kali ini Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan yang telah diadaptasi dari (Saaty, 1993) akan dipakai. Indikator pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dengan pendekatan SCOR terdiri dari 3 level, level 1 (Kriteria Proses) terdiri dari 5 proses, level 2 (Konfigurasi Proses) terdiri dari 9 proses, didalam terdapat proses Atribut Kinerja yang terdiri dari 30 atribut kerja dan level 3 (Matriks) terdiri dari 35 matriks. Nilai akhir kinerja rantai pasok adalah 68,01 (Average). Secara keseluruhan kinerja rantai pasok berjalan dengan baik sesuai rata-rata, namun perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada indikator-indikator yang perlu diperbaiki agar kinerja rantai pasok di UKM Mina Indo Sejahtera dapat meningkat lebih baik lagi ke kategori diatasnya. Prioritas terendah level 1 adalah Make (meningkatkan kualitas, membuat inovasi terbaru, memberi penghargaan pekerja), prioritas terendah level 2 adalah Agility pada Make (meningkatkan kemampuan merespon perubahan pasar), dan prioritas terendah level 3 adalah Waktu Siklus Pengiriman (penambahan armada pengiriman dengan sistem pengiriman sentralisasi). Abstract-- Mina Indo Sejahtera UKM is an UKM that sells frozen food products that are practical and healthy because the product is processed without using flavorings, without preservatives, without artificial coloring, and without antibiotics. In order to measure the performance of supply chain management, one of the company's strategies implemented is to improve the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) so that they are able to work more optimally, thereby creating good product quality by utilizing the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model assisted by the Pairwise Comparison to assign weights to each metric (Irfan, 2008). From the results of these calculations, it can be seen which company performance indicators are classified as low, in this way suggestions for improvement can be given, as well as any metrics that affect the performance of workers in the company. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) is a reference model for supply chain operations with 5 attributes used, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return (Pujawan, 2005). While the Pairwise Comparison Method is useful for determining the weight of each metric, so in this study the Pairwise Comparison Method which has been adapted from (saaty, 1993) will be used. The supply chain performance measurement indicator with the SCOR approach consists of 3 levels, level 1 (Process Criteria) consists of 5 processes, level 2 (Process Configuration) consists of 9 processes, in which there is a Performance Attribute process consisting of 30 work attributes and level 3 ( matrix) consists of 35 matrices. The final value of supply chain performance is 68.01 (Average). Overall, the supply chain performance is running well according to the average, but it is necessary to develop indicators that need to be improved so that the supply chain performance at Mina Indo Sejahtera SMEs can improve even more to the above categories. The lowest priority level 1 is Make (improve quality, create the latest innovations, reward workers), the lowest priority level 2 is Agility on Make (increase the ability to respond to market changes), and the lowest priority level 3 is Delivery Cycle Time (addition of delivery fleet with the system) centralized delivery).
