Practitioner Guide for G-PPP, a collaborative market systems framework.

This guide was designed as part of the Standards and Trade Development Facility (STDF) project 'Safer Spices: Food Safety and Market Access for Peppercorn in Vietnam, Cambodia and Lao PDR'. It has been designed for practitioners working with groups to improve quality of peppercorn by adopting the Peppercorn Code of Practice. It is a toolkit for navigating and facilitating the complex relationships and collaborations between market actors. Starting with an introduction to the grassroots-public private partnership (G-PPP) model and its underlying principles, it guides the reader through real case examples. The guide begins with the foundational concepts of market systems and moves into practical applications, including value chain analysis, partner engagement strategies, and techniques for fostering collaborative problem solving.
