Analisis Kinerja Waktu Dan Biaya Pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Muhammad Sujai Panglayungan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya

The problem with the Muhammad Sujani Panglayungan Cipedes Road Improvement Project, Tasikmalaya City, is the occurrence of a Contract Change Order (CCO) with an increase in the volume of work. This problem affects the time and cost performance of the project. Many methods are used to measure time and cost performance.. Based on the problems mentioned above, the research objectives to be achieved are: Knowing the time and cost performance of the Muhammad Sujai Panglayungan Cipedes Road Improvement Project, Tasikmalaya City.Know the estimated fastest time and lowest cost for the Muhammad Sujai Panglayungan Cipedes Tasikmalaya City.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, research that describes the condition of a particular project by analyzing existing data. Data analysis used analytical and descriptive methods. Analytical means that existing data is processed in such a way as to produce conclusive final results. While descriptive means to describe problems that already exist or appear. Earned Value Analysis examines the tendency of schedule variances and cost variances over a period of time during a project.The results showed that the time performance on the Muhammad Sujani Panglayungan Cipedes Road Improvement Project, Tasikmalaya City, was not good, the average time performance index was 0.551<1, so it was unable to achieve the planned work targets. The cost performance of the Muhammad Sujani Panglayungan Cipedes Road Improvement Project in Tasikmalaya City is very good, the average cost performance index is 1.002>1, so the costs incurred are smaller when compared to the value obtained or in other words there are cost savings. The time needed to complete the Muhammad Sujani Panglayungan Cipedes Road Improvement Project, Tasikmalaya City based on a performance index of 60 calendar days and the costs required based on a cost performance index of IDR 1,213,681,818.18.
