Concept: “Viksit Bharat 2047” represents the aspirations of the Indian government to achieve the status of a fully developed and competitive country by the centenary of its independence. However, to attain the supercilious goal of Viksit Bharat. Objectives: To analyse structural planning, socio-economic, technological, and environmental challenges would have to be overcome for the Indian development path. Focus: This paper is going to identify the significant challenges that may impact India’s role to the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. Crucial Areas: Strategic planning, inclusive growth, technology, and sustainable development would play a crucial role in addressing the challenges and achieving the objectives of the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. Outcome: The analytical study concludes that in the form of stating the achievement of the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision would require the intensive efforts of the government, the private sector, civil society, and the citizens of India.
