Soviet Yiddish information/study/propaganda poster about cultivation of wheat. The poster includes information (text and charts) on: chemical composition of wheat; sorts of wheat; USSR regions where wheat is currently cultivated (compared to corn and oats); USSR figures for production of wheat (compared to Belgium, Great Britain, and USA); insects and animals which could destroy wheat crops. There are also illustrations: harvesting wheat in southern regions of USSR; locust; hamster; extermination of hamsters. Published by Tsenroizdat (Central Publishing House for the USSR Peoples, 1924-1931). Print run 300 copies.
