Evaluarea competenței profesionale ale elevilor din învățământul profesional tehnic prin proba practică

The evaluation of the professional skills of students in vocational technical education aims to change the evaluation paradigm through several ways, among which we mention the establishment of the imperative requirement to design the practical tests in terms of the work tasks that the candidates will perform at the possible jobs. Also, conducting practical tests in real or close (simulated) conditions to those at work is one of the basic requirements in the assessment of professional skills. The organization of qualification exams by the method of the unified system allows an objective and transparent assessment, a fair assessment for all candidates. The regulation of the weight of the evaluation results of the theoretical test and of the evaluation results of the practical test in forming the final grades of the examinations capitalizes on the practical-applicative aspect of the evaluation.
