Evoluţii ale Învăţământului Superior Economic Românesc (Evolutions of the Romanian Economic High Education)

<b>Romanian Abstract:</b> În timpul regimului comunist din România aspectele economice erau abordate în învăţământul superior românesc primordial din perspectiva doctrinei marxiste. După 1989 întregul sistem de învăţământ românesc a fost reformat pentru a face faţă cerinţelor care decurgeau din noile condiţii. In particular, învăţământul superior economic a trebuit să treacă de la abordarea de pe poziţii marxiste la studiul de pe poziţiile economiei de piaţă. In această perioadă de timp, preocupările pentru creşterea calităţii actului de educaţie au trebuit să fie puse în acord cu resursele financiare, adesea limitate, ale universităţilor. Aderarea la Uniunea Europeană a indus mai multe provocări pentru învăţământul superior românesc. In primul rând, au trebuit îndeplinite standardele comunitare în domeniul învăţământului. In al doilea rând, implementarea Strategiei Lisabona prin care se urmăreşte creşterea competitivităţii economiei Uniunii Europene, implică schimbări profunde în sistemul educaţional. In al treilea rând, universităţile trebuie să se adapteze Procesului Bologna, care are ca obiectiv armonizarea standardelor de calitate din învăţământul superior al ţărilor europene. Deciziile care trebuie luate asupra evoluţiilor viitoare ale învăţământului universitar economic românesc sunt deosebit de complexe în condiţiile în care pe plan mondial există o mare diversitate de opinii cu privire la eficacitatea actualului sistem de învăţământ şi la căile prin care acesta ar putea fi reformat. In această lucrare vom aborda atât situaţia actuală a învăţământului superior economic românesc cât şi posibilele evoluţii viitoare ale acestuia. Vom folosi în acest scop rezultatele unei investigaţii întreprinse asupra unui eşantion de studenţi în care aceştia îşi exprimă percepţiile referitoare la starea din prezent şi asupra perspectivei învăţământului universitar economic românesc. <b>English Abstract:</b> During the communist regime from Romania the economic aspects were approached in the Romanian high education primordially from the Marxist theory perspective. After 1989 the whole system of Romanian education was reformed in order to face the requirements resulted from the new conditions. In particular, the economic high education had to pass from the Marxist approach to the study from the market economy positions. In this period of time, the preoccupations for the education act quality increase had to be adapted to the seldom limited financial resources of the universities. The adhesion to the European Union induced many challenges for the Romanian high education. First, the community standards in the field of education had to be accomplished. Second, the Lisbon Strategy implementation regarding the European Union economy competitiveness increase implies serious changes in the educational system. Third, the universities must adapt to the Bologna Process, having as objective the quality standards harmonization from the high education from the European countries. The decisions that have to be taken concerning the future evolutions of the Romanian economic university education are very complex in the conditions in which at world level there is a big diversity of opinions regarding the present education system effectiveness and to the ways it could be reformed. In this paper we will approach both the present situation of the Romanian economic high education and its possible future evolutions. We will use the results of an investigation among students, allowing them to express their perceptions regarding the present situation and the perspective of the Romanian economic university education.
