Plea of alibi unlike other defense is that defense which claims the full innocence of the accused. In case of being able to prove the Alibi the accused can be free of charges. However, sometimes the court can mislead due to the creation of false alibi. The plea of alibi can help one be free of charges if been able to prove it but if not the plea of alibi can be taken as evidence against himself/herself
