يركز هذا البحث على الضوابط والقواعد القرآنية في التعامل مع الخطأ الإنساني، سواء كان الخطأ فردياً أم جماعياً، فالإنسان في جبلته القصور، مكون من مشاعر يصعب السيطرة عليها، وبالتالي هذا القصور وهذه المشاعر يوقعه في أخطاء وتجاوزات في حق غيره، ونتيجة لنقص مهارات التعامل مع الأخطاء ومعالجتها، فإنه كثيراً يتم تكبير الخطأ الصغير، وتصغير الخطأ الكبير. وبما أن أنواع المخطئين ليسوا سواء، منهم من يخطئ عن علم وإصرار، ومنهم من يخطئ عن سهو وغفلة، لذلك تحاول هذه الورقة أن تلقي بنظرة فاحصة على ما جاء في كتاب ربنا سبحانه من آيات حول هذ الموضوع، ليدلنا على معالم المنهج الصحيح في التعامل مع المخطئين. وسوف يعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. ويتوقع أن يصل البحث الى استخراج ضوابط منهجية من روح الآيات لكيفية التعامل مع المخطئين.
