The current state of the credit policy of commercial banks should be considered as the result of activities influenced by a huge number of external and internal factors. Issuing loans to banks is not just a profitable operation, but one of the main sources of income. In this article, we got acquainted with the history of KASPI BANK's development, its achievements, and analyzed the state of the credit policy of second-tier banks in Kazakhstan, including KASPI BANK. The assessment of KASPI BANK's credit policy and its impact on the financial stability of the bank is given. The factors influencing the financial results of second-tier banks have been identified.
