PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJAKARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI DHARMA KARYA SEJAHTERA BELITANG II OKU TIMUR

Koperasi Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang Il OKU Timur merupakan badan usaha yang berbadan hukum koperasi yang memiliki bidang usaha berupa simpan pinjam. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas usahanya, Koperasi Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang IlOKU Timur sering mengalami hambatan yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya moduktivitas kerja karyawan sehingga koperasi ini senantiasa berupaya untuk memotivasi mereka agar produktivitas kerja mereka meningkat.permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Koperasi Dharma Karya jahtera Belitang Il OKU Timur adalah Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Koperasi Darma Karya Sejahtera Belitang Il OKU Timur.Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang II OKU Timur.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan rurnus koefisien korelasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara dua variabel, yaitu motivasi ( Variabel X ) dan produktivitas kerja karyawan ( Variabel Y ), sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan digunakan rumus uji hipotesis.Berdasarkan perhitungan dan pembahasan dengan bantuan Program SPSS Vesion 17.0 for Windows diperoleh hasil korelasi sebesar 0,918 terletak pada jarak 0,800 — 1,000 yang setelah dikonsultasikan dengam standar konservatif maka termasuk dalam korelasi yang sangat kuat.Selanjutnya kadar prosentase di dapat hasil sebesar 84,3%, menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi sebesar 84,3% sedangkan 15,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor Iain.Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 11,821 dan t tabel 1,706. Hal ini berarti t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel ( 1,821> 1,706 ) maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dimana terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara motivasi ( Variabel X ) terhadap produktvitas kerja karyawan ( Variabel Y )                   Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Produktivitas KerjaAbstract :   Koperasi Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang II East OKU is a business entity with the legal status of a cooperative which has a business field in the form of savings and loans. In carrying out its business activities, the Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang II East OKU Cooperative often experiences obstacles due to low employee work productivity so that this cooperative always tries to motivate them so that their work productivity increases.The problem faced by the Dharma Karya sejahtera Belitang II East OKU Cooperative is how does motivation influence employee work productivity at the Darma Karya Sejahtera Belitang II East OKU Cooperative.The hypothesis put forward is that there is a strong influence between motivation on employee work productivity at the East OKU Dharma Karya Sejahtera Belitang Cooperative.The analytical tool used is the correlation coefficient formula used to determine the relationship between two variables, namely motivation (Variable X ) and employee productivity (Variable Y ), while to test the proposed hypothesis the hypothesis test formula is used.Based on calculations and discussion with the help of the SPSS Version 17.0 for Windows program, a correlation result of 0.918 is obtained at a distance of 0.800 — 1.000 which, after consulting with attack standards, is included in a very strong correlation. Furthermore, the percentage level obtained is 84.3%, indicating that employee productivity is influenced by motivation by 84.3% while 15.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the t value was 11.821 and the ttable was 1.706. This means that t count is greater than t table (1.821 > 1.706), so the proposed hypothesis is accepted where there is a very strong influence between motivation (Variable X) on employee productivity (Variable Y).Key Word :Motivation, Work Productivity
