In 1543. The title page with date (see above) is only known by a specimen from the princely to Waldburg-Wolfegg 'sche KunstTitel, volume 69: Cartouchen No. 421. The book is rare and Schéle only knew the specimen from Stockholm, without date (only with: By my Cornelis Bos). In 1546 this book was published in a French copy at Hierosme de Gourmont in Paris: Livre De Moresques Tres utile et necessaire a tous orfeures, Tailleurs, Grauers, Painctres, Tapissiers, Brodeurs, Lingieres, et femmes, qui besongent de lesguille. (New York, Metropolitan Museum of Art, see Schéle 1965, Table 57, No. 215a).
