In this article, the Islamic Counselling system in the light of the Quran and Hadith has been discussed. It is the principle of the Islamic system that if there is no clear text in the Quran and Hadith in any issue related to the individual or the society, the country, or the nation, then consultation is the most essential element of its solution. Shariah has directed that in all cases where there is no clear text in the Quran and Hadith, instead of deciding on one's own and relying on one's intellect, one should seek the opinion of experts in the relevant field. If the heart is inclined to adopt it while trusting in Allah then adopt it, it is interpreted as Shura. Moreover, in the article, the literal meaning of Shura, the basis of the political system, and the objectives of the counseling are discussed briefly.
