This study examines the influence of extraversion and agreeableness on entrepreneurial intention among potential retirees in Zamfara State, Nigeria. Entrepreneurship is considered a viable pathway to financial stability in later life, and understanding its psychological drivers is vital. A quantitative, descriptive research design was adopted, using structured questionnaires administered to 368 teaching staff of the Zamfara State Teachers’ Service Board, selected through snowball sampling.
