PERAN USAHA HOME INDUSTRY JAJANAN TEMERODOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA SAKRA KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

This research is entitled "The role of the temerodok snack home industry in improving community welfare in Sakra village, East Lombok district". In this research, researchers want to see the role of the temerodok snack home industry in improving community welfare in Sakra village, East Lombok Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. the informants used were village heads, business owners and employees of the temerodok snack home industry in sakra village, east lombok regency. the results of this research show that the temerodok snack home industry has had a positive influence on the community, including opening up employment opportunities so that it absorbs a lot of labor from the community in sakra village, east lombok regency, and improving community welfare, such as the economic aspect, namely increasing people's income and the social aspect, namely increasing the level of education and the factors that support the temerodok snack home industry in improving the welfare of the community in sakra village are support from the government and the business actors themselves. the inhibiting factors for the temerodok snack home industry in improving the welfare of the community in sakra village are capital and lack of wider marketing.
