The family is constantly developing, which is determined both by indivi-dual changes of its individual members, as well as by their acceptance of ever new roles and tasks. These transformations, often called crises, require discernment of emotional needs and states. Individual family systems influence each other, inter-penetrate each other, support each other, and sometimes are the cause of conflicts. Closeness in the family is an important element for equipping with the competen-ces necessary for the further process of separating and entering new, safe, trusting relationships. The role of in-laws in these transformations and the interpenetration of systems is extremely important for the development of interpersonal dialogue, but also and above all for love, hope and responsibility. These postulates are an im-portant signpost in preparing to play such an important role in the family system.
