Decorated at the neck and waist with piping.A pocket intended to be sewn into the seam of a skirt. Made of glazed cotton with a facing of the dress's green silk inside the opening.  Woven silk-satin lined with glazed cotton, whalebone support, machine stitched, hand-sewn with linen thread, silk cord.
