This commentary raises the issues of proceedings conducted by faculty recruitment commissions and other university bodies. The Authors agree with the position presented by the Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny and the decision taken. According to the Authors, the public administration bodies (first and second instance) committed a number of procedural shortcomings that resulted in the need to eliminate administrative decisions issued from legal trading. The commented judgment is a valuable source of knowledge for parties to proceedings and public administration bodies, university bodies
