The modern State: approaches to understanding the essence, form and content

The monograph examines the problems of the essence, content and form of the modern state in the optics of political and legal studies of the postmodern era. The theoretical basis consists of political and legal doctrines devoted to the problems of the essence, content and form of the modern state. The monograph is also based on the generalized experience of studying the practical activities of government agencies and international organizations.
